We can offer a range of buffets to suit your budget and requirements. These menus are flexible and can be altered to suit your preferences quite easily. We do not charge for room hire if food is being catered for over 20 people

Hot Carved Buffet

Carvery of roast meat served with the usual accompaniments. A vegetarian option can be offered as required.
All served with roast and new potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables

Hot Buffets

You can choose two different dishes but we must be given an indication of the numbers required for each at least seven days in advance

Meat and potato pie served with mushy peas and pickled red cabbage
Beef or vegetable lasagna served with garlic bread and salad
Leek, potato and Stilton crumble served with seasonal vegetables

Steak and mushroom pie served with vegetables and new potatoes or hand cut chips
Coq au vin – pieces of chicken breast slow cooked with onion and mushrooms in red wine and served with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Lancashire hot pot – Lamb slowly cooked with vegetables and topped with sliced potatoes. Served with pickled red cabbage.
Individual Lancashire cheese and onion pies served with seasonal vegetables and a tomato sauce

How to Book

Just give us a ring to make a provisional booking for the date and time you need or call in check the dates. To confirm your booking a deposit must be paid. You will then need to let us know your numbers (and final menu choices as appropriate) 7 days before your function. Payment for the balance of the cost should be made on the day.

You may bring balloons and other decorations for the tables.(Please do not use glitter.) You are also welcome to bring a celebration cake (but no other cakes, alcoholic drinks, drinks or food) A service charge of £10 will be made for plates and serviettes if required for the cake.

Please let us know if anyone has any dietary requirements when you are booking your function.
